01About these terms

Welcome to Beauty Gallery (beautygallery.online), run from Haripura Mohalla, Near Aggarsain College, Jhajjar, Haryana – 124103. These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you browse our website or place an order with us.

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Please give correct and complete details — name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• You're responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, misuse or that break these terms.

03Products & pricing

• We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
• Many of our bags are handcrafted, so small variations in embroidery, beadwork or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

04Orders & payment

• Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• Online payments are processed by secure payment gateways — we never store your card details.
• We may cancel or limit any order — for example if a product is out of stock, a payment fails, details can't be verified, or an order looks fraudulent. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

05Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹1,000; a small shipping charge applies to orders below that amount and is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, festivals or other reasons beyond our control. Please read our Shipping Policy and, for orders outside India, our International Shipping page.

Once a parcel is handed to you, the responsibility for it passes to you. If the package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us right away.

06Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items (an unboxing video is required). For approved returns we refund 50% of the product price, or you can choose a replacement of the same product instead, subject to stock.

Orders cancelled before dispatch, and orders we cancel (out of stock, pricing error or failed verification), are refunded in full. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

07Content & intellectual property

All content on this website — the Beauty Gallery name and logo, product photos, text and design — belongs to Beauty Gallery or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

08Using our website

Please don't use the website to:

• Place fake orders or use someone else's payment details.
• Try to hack, disrupt or overload the website.
• Post false, abusive or offensive reviews or content.
• Copy product listings or images for reselling.

09Reviews & feedback

We love hearing from you. By sharing a review, photo or feedback (on our website, WhatsApp or social media), you allow us to show it on our website and social pages. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive or unrelated to the product.

10Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Beauty Gallery's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as natural disasters, strikes or courier issues).

11Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first — we'll do our best to solve it quickly and fairly. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jhajjar, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
